Under the Floor Inspection
Examples of inspection considerations include; Deflection of bearers or joists, Cracking, spalling or rusting to concrete stumps, Structural integrity of masonry piers, Rising damp and dry rot to timber stumps, Plumbing leaks, Electrical wiring, Moisture levels etc.. Approximately 70% of Major structural defects we record are found in the sub-floor space.
